We’re going to try our best to find a solution to your problem, as we know how important it is to you. Sometimes we’re unable to resolve a problem right there and then, and it may take a little time. We wish you to know that we will continue to care about your problem, and will keep you updated as to the progress.

Permanent solutions to recurring problems

We will aim to address the chain of contributing factors that created the problems you experience. We wish to respect our customer’s time and our customer support team’s time by resolving recurring problems promptly.

Leave Glenlok painlessly

If you are not satisfied for whatever reason, or have found a different product that is a better fit for you, that is OK. We won’t make it difficult to leave Glenlok. We provide options for exporting your data and cancelling on your own when you are ready. Our customer support team can help you with this.

Our cancellation policy provides more detail, and our refund policy is intended to be fair.

Once you cancel we will not bombard you with email or calls. If you do decide to return, that is entirely up to you and in your own time. We would of course be happy to support you in that choice, and glad to have you back.
